If you are having trouble accessing your Parent Connection account, you can request to have you pin and password sent to you. Visit the Parent Connection portal by clicking here. Just beneath the windows for your pin and password there is a link that says "Need Your Login Information?". Click the link and enter your email address to have your pin and password sent to you.
