Clovis High School's Physical Education department is led by a team of teachers and coaches with over 100 years of teaching experience. We currently have students do Zoom workouts and a short written assignment that the CHS PE Department has created. This year we have divided the semester into nine two-week units. The Zoom workout will change every two weeks, from the core to the lower body to the upper body. As the semester progresses, the exercise duration will increase while the rest period will decrease. Our goal is to help our students reach their fitness goals and complete the development circle in Mind, Body, and Spirit.
